Contact and DMCA

Get in touch

You can reach us by email at the contact address (being set up). We read everything, but this is a small independent site, so replies can take a few days.

Write to us about errors on a series page, outdated information, press or a removal request.

Account and billing problems

We are not Candy.ai and we cannot see accounts, tokens or payments. If you have a problem with your account, a charge or an episode, contact Candy.ai directly through the official site.

DMCA and takedown notices

If you believe material on this site infringes your rights, send us a notice at the address above. To act on it quickly, include these four things:

1. Identification of the work you say is infringed.
2. The location of the material on this site, as a page address.
3. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
4. Your signature, physical or electronic, and your contact details.

We review each notice and remove material where it is warranted. This site is an independent guide, and its copy is written by us, but we are glad to fix any real problem.
