Rent due, secrets owed

Jake is broke and three months behind, so he settles up with his bombshell landlady in an unconventional way. Then her equally hot daughter asks for the same deal.

Now he is stuck between the mother who owns his lease and the daughter who owns his secret. Behind on Rent carries the Milf tag, and all the characters are adults.

The humor and the dread both come from a lease, a secret and two people who can each expose him.
