A new home with a hidden floor

A renter starts over somewhere new and finds himself drawn to Courtney, his landlord's alluring wife. Charming at first. Then comes the playroom beneath her home.

It reveals that the entire neighborhood is in on it, and that he was never really a guest. He was the prey. It plays up the dangerous side of the taboo tag.
